Moonlight - Terms of Service

By inviting or using Moonlight in a Discord server, you agree to the terms below.

1. Cách sử dụng bot

Moonlight được cung cấp như một bot hỗ trợ cộng đồng Discord, gồm lệnh tiện ích, quản trị, voice tools và các trải nghiệm tương tác dài hạn. Bạn cần sử dụng bot có trách nhiệm và tuân thủ Điều khoản Dịch vụ cũng như Quy tắc Cộng đồng của Discord.

2. Trách nhiệm của máy chủ

Chủ server và đội ngũ quản trị chịu trách nhiệm thiết lập quyền, cấu hình kênh, vai trò và quyết định cách Moonlight được sử dụng trong cộng đồng của mình.

Moonlight is provided as a Discord companion for community utilities, moderation tools, voice tools, and long-term interactive experiences. You agree to use the bot responsibly and in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Server responsibility

Server owners and moderators are responsible for configuring permissions, channels, roles, and deciding how Moonlight is used within their communities.

3. Availability

Moonlight may be updated, restarted, paused, or unavailable at any time. No 24/7 uptime or permanent data availability is guaranteed.

4. Prohibited behavior

Do not use Moonlight to harass users, automate spam, bypass Discord restrictions, distribute harmful content, or perform actions that negatively affect other servers.

5. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of Moonlight means you accept the latest version.
