1. Data we may store

Moonlight may store limited Discord identifiers required for bot features, such as user IDs, server IDs, channel settings, temporary room ownership, moderation settings, or similar utility data.

2. Data we do not intentionally store

Moonlight does not intentionally store passwords, payment information, private Discord tokens, or full message history. Some commands may temporarily read message content only to perform a requested action, such as message cleanup.

3. How data is used

Data is used to provide Moonlight features, keep progress, support server moderation, display interactive interfaces, and improve the bot experience.

4. Data sharing

Moonlight does not sell user data. Data may only be processed by infrastructure required for hosting, maintenance, security, or valid legal compliance.

5. Data removal

Users or server owners may request removal of stored bot data by contacting the bot owner through the support Discord server or the repository where Moonlight is maintained.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated over time. Continued use of Moonlight means you accept the latest version.
